Idea. Done. Let’s go! The “Augsburg gründet!” event gives innovative ideas a stage. The “Idea Slam” is taking place for the ninth time as part of the largest start-up event in Swabia. The ideas competition is the centrepiece of the event.
The Idea Slam jury, consisting of the event partners, reviews the applications in advance and evaluates the ideas based on criteria such as originality, feasibility and market potential. A selection of six finalists will present their ideas on stage at “Augsburg gründet!” on 19 November 2025 at the Digitales Zentrum Schwaben.
5.000 prize money for the best idea
The winning team can look forward to a start-up grant of €5,000.
The jury and the audience at the “Augsburg gründet!” event will decide which idea is honoured with the Idea Slam Award.
The prize money is earmarked for a specific purpose and will be paid out if the company is founded in the Augsburg economic region (city of Augsburg, district of Augsburg, district of Aichach-Friedberg).
